Canada At Midnight’s Annual General Meeting occurs on March 24, 2012 at CAiNE in Saint John, NB. For those who are unable to attend, section 7.4 of the Constitution states:
7.4. Proxy Ballots
A member has the option of selecting someone to cast a proxy ballot on their behalf if their circumstances do not permit them to participate directly in the voting process. Proxy votes are subject to the following:

i) The member casting the proxy ballot must be eligible to vote
ii) The proxy holder voting on their behalf must be eligible to vote.
iii) The member selecting a proxy must provide his or her full name and membership number to the officer or administrator conducting the election, and the name and number of the person who will be carrying the proxy.
iv) The member selecting a proxy must accept whichever vote proxy holder decides to cast.
v)A member may carry more than one proxy vote.

In order to allow for proper documenting and preparation before the AGM, The deadline for getting your proxies to me is 11:59 PM Pacific Time, Saturday March 18, 2012.
If you intend to give your proxy for the Annual General Meeting, please send it to NRC EMAIL ACCOUNT, and copy the person to whom you are giving your proxy, 11:59 PM on Saturday March 18.
